After building up the courage to make the call to the doctors for some time, I am very upset that at 14:43 today, I found the following: 1. An answer machine telling me the surgery was shut 2. That the machine told me to ring back during surgery hours, and then did not quote those hours 3. That the machine told me I couldn't leave a message and then went onto ask me to leave a message. 4. I am now in a position where I don't know when or who to phone Not very happy, at a loss of where to turn and poorly

Was seen today by nurse by the name of Debbie who was an absolute star! Really friendly and helpful - really made me feel at ease as a patient here!

This week (05.09.07 4.30 pm ) I visited a nurse at Highfield clinic I think her name was kay. This was my second visit as I had some concerns with my blood pressure. I would like to say how supportive she has been on the two visits I have attended, Kay answered all my questions and concerns and explained all details of my condition in full. She has been fantastic and a true professional. Kay put my mind at rest.she took the time to explain my condition in full and was completely open and honest. I would just like to thank her for her knowledge and support a asset to your team Many thanks Julie Knowles
