Good Points: Happy and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Well positined for Excel and DLR station. Bad Points: Noisey rooms (walls quite thin) and noise from other residents in halls at night. Some noise from airplanes and station although not too bad. General review: Had a great weekend, enjoyed the stay, and the food in the attached pub.

Bad Points: At 9.30 am, only 2 of the breakfast options were available and we were required to wait 15 minutes before fresh supplies were ready. At the bar, there was only limited alcoholic drinks, no spirits, very slow service - only one person serving a lot of people. Totally inadequate bar facilities after returning from our evening out. General review: Excellent, apart from the 2 items above.
