Have eaten here regularly and its usually ok. However last night we went in with a party of 14 - the table was booked, they knew we were coming.. Our order wasn't taken for over half an hour and after being in there for an hour and a half we hadn't had our starters. They did bring them out once I complained. However by 9 o'clock (2 1/2 hrs in) no main meals. We'd been watching other small parties come in eat and go out and countless takeaways went by. When meal finally arrived some of our party were past eating, a ;polite suggestion from one of us that they might like to select the poor service in the bill was met with an angry outburst from the manager. Then of course it kicked off... The outcome was, no apology for the long wait, or anything else, attempts at justifying the poor service, not the way I would run a business. They lost 14 customers who are all well known and influential in the area, we won't be going back any time soon..
