I rang and asked for A CAB to the airport at 0515 am , having looked up the fare on IOM guide www.iomguide.com/taxis.php - transportation, when the operator quoted £50 I said the guide said £30...I said that seemed like a some thing was deceptive...he said I was abusive and hung up....some one should get their act in order here either you guys charge what is advertised on the internet or get the guide to quote the correct amount , especially since you only take cash so pay no tax....better to get it right than blame the customer...never know where that will go.
