our visit to the Bell Welford was our first, it is without doubt the first of many. As soon as we walked in to the place We were very impressed by the quality of the decor, a mix of old and new,and the very welcome real fires, a genuine warm atmosphere. That was before we had even spoke to anyone who worked there. The food (a great selection) was first class and the staff were, smart and polite, and I must admit to being a bit of a pudding guru, the Sticky Toffee was the best I have ever had. We look forward to going back again, if it's anything close to our first visit, we will be more than happy. Keep up the good work.

If there is anyone out there who despairs of ever finding genuinely good food served in beautiful surroundings by attentive and polite staff at great prices then you have yet to discover The Bell in Welford. With delicious wine from the local vineyard, produce sourced from local butchers and growers, and menus forever changing it really is a treat to visit. If all this sounds like brochure speak I would urge you to try The Bell in Welford to see if I am not right !
