Good Points: Excellent value for money. Good position near river. Excellent room with balcony and very clean. Cleaning staff polite and efficient. Food in bar good plus roaring log fire. Very near to town and shops. Fishing permits available in town for river Wye. Bad Points: Waiting staff generally polite but could do with better training ie serve from the side etc. Restaurant virtually empty and not much atmosphere could do with redecoration perhaps. Not a problem though as bar comfortable to eat in. General review: Good value for money. We were pleased with our visit.

Good Points: Balcony with spectacular views, large room with all the facilities that you would expect. Bad Points: Bed was too soft!
