I phoned tescos to enquire about a product, I was on the phone 5 minutes only to be told customer service was busy. It took a long time before the phone was answered. Is this poor service or what.

Freezing cold, suprised the checkout staff do not have hypothermia. Sour looking managers and service with a grimace.Stood at a till while the girl was trying to alert the manager that she needed assistance. The manager and supervisor where so busy with their conversation to even notice took 10 minutes. Manager when they did appear was about as friendly as a Doberman on heat to the assistant. Left feeling like I had been to the suermarket equivelent of Fawlty Towers. Did wonder if I would see Basil Fawlty hopping out from behind the beans as I returned to their beautifuly designed car park, have heard it was designed by the local infants school. Go again, yes I need the entertainment as a coniseur of human folly.

This store has one of the most disgustingly filthy and untidily dangerous store-front entrances I know of anywhere. It is strewn with rubbish of all kinds, the bins are not even half-full and the number of construction equipment plant seems to increase every time we go there. Much of this mechanical equipment is stowed, seeminly on a permanent basis, under the awning, and has components at eye level to a small person or child, or, in our case, to a person in a wheelchair. Bearing in mind the recent announcement of a 14.5% increase in profits, this store management shows a deplorable lack of people awareness and persoanl safety - a Health & Safety inspection would tear you apart at the seams. Get something done before there is an accident that will cause the victim pain and grief, and you a LOT of compensation. Terry Foley
