What a shame, we were the original owners who set up swirleeze and had such a fantastic relationship with our customers. I hate to think the new owners let the reputation down so badly. It has another set of new owners, lets hope things change for the better.

WHAT A REFRESHING SURPRISE!!!! I visited the shop today for the first time, I have passed the shop many times but the new paintwork makes it stand out and draws you in. The new owners seem to have really grasped the concept with a phunky layout and a fabulous chandelier! I needed something different as gifts for some of my clients and Molly the shop owner could not have been more helpful even though the shop was extremely busy. After a number of ideas from her I settled on some "sweety hampers" and although she was under pressure the hampers were made to my specification and beautifully presented in under an hour! The experience was good old fashioned customer service with a great product at great prices, they seem to have good the formula right. I will certainly be using Swirleeze again. Thanks for your help. What a lovely shop!! A really delightful, fun shop - an old fashioned sweet shop but with a twist. Didn't find any of the staff rude as per the last review - in fact the complete opposite, couldn't of been more helpful to myself and my elderly mother. They have changed hands recently as I understand it, don't sell candy floss in the shop anymore. Worth a visit

My family and I have been visiting this shop in the village for many years and always loved it. This year the lady was different and was only what I would describe as downright rude. My wife and I were in shock at how she spoke down and treated customers. Such a shame it seems a new member of staff is ruining the good reputation built up over the years. I certainly will not be visiting again and neither will any of our friends I doubt.
