a long time to get in car park due to top bit closed due to snow went shopping went to resturant for something to eat no where to put trolleys due to no keys in place to put trolleys asked about this they asked managers so just put trolley near our table luckily not busy told customer service no comment cards available gave me aform to fill in online also pharmacy shut for 1 hour for lunch also told someopne about some shopping been left upstairs do not know wot happened there
