Good Points: Hotel was clean and comfortable Bad Points: I booked the Romantic Getaway. My advertised bottle on Moet turned out to be sparkling wine, which I found very disappointing. I also had to ask for the strawberries and fruit and a second set of towels as these had not been provided. General review: We had a lovely relaxing weekend. Despite our room being above a 'function' room.

Good Points: The room had recently been refurbished and provide clean and comfortable accomodation. General review: Overall the hotel provided good value for money with a friendly and attentive staff although it was clear that one or two were new and could benefit from more training especially in the bar area although this may be because they were temporary staff helping during the beer festival. The reception area dealt well with both arrival and departure. If in the area we would stay again.

Good Points: Room size and nice and clean. Bad Points: The excessive temperature of the room - it was extremely hot with no ventilation and no air conditioning !
