When the lady who made our booking phoned them in the morning they said they had no record of our booking - made 2 weeks in advance. They said they would "do their best to serve us- but there may be some wait". When we arrived they had allocated 3 tables - seating 12 people - there were 14 of us. This was in a smoking area - unpleasant and surprising given the way the law is now going. We were served in dribs and drabs with over an hour between the first person recieving their meal and the last person recieving theirs. We were made to feel unwelcome. The food was good, when it eventually arrived - but we would not go there again.
