The Royal Oak, Wineham. Wonderful old pub. Went there with my Dad at the age of 14 and still go there now and I'm 71! It has passed from father to son and hasn't altered at all. No music, no machines, nothing modern just the old beams, oak fire and excellent service from Tim Peacock and his staff. First class sandwiches and soups and altogether a marvellous pub to visit.
