Working in Ellon from Worcestershire, we booked into the Buchan late at night. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My son and I enjoyed the hospitality in the bar before retiring to the well heated, clean, fresh room. At breakfast, bright and cheerful staff, well cooked food, a great start to the days work. Would not recommend. Complained to manager who did apologies eventually but didn't really care and said there was nothing he could do about it - finally knocked £10 of £60 food bill. We eat out a lot and would never go here for a meal again. We paid a lot of money for something that was disgusting.
