Well where do i start? I live in pool,the taxi turned up 35 minutes late to take me to leeds station. I missed my train and had to wait 22 minutes for the next one. The driver was rude and obnoxious and tried to charge me £28 for the journey! I gave him £20 and told him i wouldnt be using this company again!

I have never had a problem with this taxi company, and i have been using them for very nearly 15 years. They always turn up on time and are always very polite in the office and the drivers themselves! I would recommend them to everyone, including my nan who also uses the company regularly to hospital appointments and various other journeys. They are very reasonable and i have never had a problem with overcharging or a grevence with the payment.

sjk didn't even bother to turn up for me, i telephoned back and the desk staff kept telling me 10 minutes. i wilol never use again.
