Good Points: Lovely situation with first class food. Bad Points: Very poor room heating with a radiator undersized for a big room. General review: I enjoyed the night with you and talking to other guests but it would be nice to have the log fires burning properly and not just smoldering and a room that was heated nicely.

Good Points: It was classy and a stunning building with a great history. General Review: The staff really make Otterburn Tower Hotel a luxury experience and the restaurant is world class. If you want to feel pampered, this is the place to be.
