Santa Pod presents the MONSTER TRUCK NATIONALS

Santa Pod Raceway, the home of European Drag Racing, is no stranger to the sound of high-output, brutally powerful machinery, but even the most hardened of race-goers can't fail to be impressed by the sight of the UK's most powerful Monster Trucks battling it out for supremacy.

Nowhere in the UK can you see so many Monster Trucks gathered in one place, so make sure you get your tickets booked today!

In what is guaranteed to be a display of outrageous engineering and sensational driving, Santa Pod has assembled the fastest, loudest, strongest and heaviest machines from across Europe to pitch them head-to-head in a gladiatorial battle that will amaze fans - and destroy cars - in equal measure.

The day is aimed squarely at families and offers a true spectacle for kids of all ages. Nitro the Dragon's Family Pit Party kicks things off in style, with an F1-style pit walkabout* in the morning, where fans can meet and greet the drivers and get up close and personal with the trucks.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and take in the trade stands throughout the morning, before making sure you get a great seat for the start of the main action at 12.00, when the trucks run simultaneously, competing for points in style, time and destruction as they lay waste to the live action arena. Freestyle Motocross adds to the danger and spectacle, with the UK's finest riders re-creating the most demanding 'X-Games' manoeuvres live to an expectant crowd. This is swiftly followed by 'Power Trip Wrestling' where stars of American Wrestling get up close and personal in an especially constructed ring. If you think it looks great on the TV, just wait until you see it just a few feet away!

At 2.00pm it's time to join the Jet-Set as attention turns to the world-famous quarter mile strip and the action gets turned up to '11', as Andrew Morris' crazy jet go-kart and Martin Hills record-breaking jet car literally light up the quarter mile in an impressive display of speed and power.

With more FMX throughout the day - and crazy Monster Truck freestyle sessions topping things off, you can expect a packed day of camera-phone-filling footage. With restaurants and cafes on site, full facilities and free parking, it's the ultimate family day out!
