Born 1943 - English social historian and feminist.
Educated at Oxford. Involved in women’s movement from late 1960s. Works included Beyond the Fragments: Feminism and the Making of Socialism (1979) and historical works Hidden from History (1973) and Woman’s Consciousness, Man’s World (1973).
