Died on 17th of March 1995

Born 1933. Died 1995 - English gang leader.

Nicknamed “Colonel”. With his twin brother, ran a Mafia style operation in East End of London in 1960s demanding protection money and organising illegal gambling and drinking clubs. Shot dead a member of a rival gang and imprisoned in 1969. Died in prison.
