We stayed at one of the other apartments in the bliss portfolio first of all the one we originally booked we were told actually wasnt clean and therefore wasnt available and then was placed elsewhere. Upon arrival we were surprised to see that despite the beds having been changed the bathroom, kitchen and carpets weren't clean either. We called the number the next day to complain and to our astonishment Simon the director who we spoke to was rude. Cancelled our second night and never gave us the refund he promised on the first night. Shockingly rude and no way we would go back!
