Good Points: Lovely room, excellent size for single room - not poky at all, really nice. Lovely hotel, nice people working there. Breakfast - good choices, nice hot fresh toast.
Bad Points: Toilet flush a bit noisy, but not a problem.
General review: Great time had by me.

Unfortunately, we had left it a little late to find anything else!
My husband and I, as professional people, stay in many hotels across the country.
The night we arrived, after an extremely long journey, we received a frosty welcome from the proprietor. It was a Friday night and the restaurant was closed. We had to make our way into town, where we found a superb place to eat. On our return, he balked at the idea of providing us with a nightcap at 10.30pm!!
In our opinion, any recommendations these people use in advertising, are probably spent by now.
It was way overpriced and should be classed as a B&B, not a hotel and charge accordingly.
Would definately not return.
