The Clinic is in Darlington, which has nothing to do with Cleveland or Teesside, so the address is wrong. The Clinic's telephone does not work if, like me you are outside of the U.K. and apparantly they have no fax or e-mail. P.S. they are shut at weekends and most evenings.
