We had such a lovely day in Ross-on-Wye yesterday (Sat 13 Nov 2010) that we wanted to share it!
The one eating-place which stood out for us was the newly-reopened Eagle Inn on Broad Street; we were blown away by the warm welcome and the superb meals & service on offer. On the menu was an ample choice of food to suit all tastes and pockets! Our food was not only promptly served and well-presented - but also hot!
We understood they had just recently begun serving food since the refurbishment; we wish them the very best in this new venture and we shall be dining there again when we revisit Ross in the Spring.
