Although full of staff unable to get served. One assistant was serving but the others appeared to be chatting.
Was asked to return for an item not unpacked yet in 30 minutes but when we called back in 45 minutes we were told it hadn't been unpacked yet.
We found Boots on the other side of the road and purchased what we needed with no fuss and full attention of friendly , helpful staff.

This restaurant used to be great - the location was brilliant and so was the food.
However, we visited in January this year and the food was rotten and the smell of fat from the kitchen was unpleasant.
Despite this we ventured over one sunny Sunday in the hope that it had improved however they couldn't even get the chips right. There were black bits all over the chips as if the fat had not be changed for some time.
Good service, location but really bad food.
