The Open Day is run in conjunction with the Bird Club who will give guided walks to the hides, the Sailing Club who are available to take groups onto the water, and the Angling Club who will demonstrate the noble art of fly fishing. The activities start at 12.00 and various local interest groups and stalls such as Infocus (binoculars and scopes) will be there as well as the RSPB, Severn Trent Rangers will be on hand to teach children to make bird boxes. Bacon Cobs, ice-cream and refreshments are available for purchase and we will have our friendly Barn Owl for the children to meet! A great family day out. Entry is free to all!
