All Seasons Guesthouse is a Victorian built home dated from the 1880s. The house is a family run bed and breakfast and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. We are located close to the Crescent Gardens in this historic town five minutes walk from the bus and train station, and the golden sandy beach with its selection of cafés and tea rooms. In Filey there are traditional pubs serving good home cooked food, two minutes walk from our door, and all are complemented by our unique homely and relaxed style of hospitality.

In this ideal seaside location you'll find 6 stylish rooms. They feature high quality bed linen. En-suite bathrooms are of contemporary design with "King of Cotton" soft fluffy towels. All rooms have a flat screen digital TV and tea/coffee making facilites so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay with us. All guests have full use of the newly refurbished guest lounge with wide screen television, books and games, so relax and feel at home at All Seasons Guesthouse.
