Set in the Peak District National Park this lovely barn conversion enjoys views over countryside and famous Roaches rocks. Ideal for walking, climbing or fishing, it lies at the end of a private 1½ mile drive on the borders of Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire and enjoys its own garden. A wealth of interesting places and activities including Waterworld swimming pool, bowling, Potteries Festival Park, Alton Towers, Jodrell Bank Science Park, and the National Trust properties of Little Moreton Hall and Quarry Bank Mill – all about 15 miles away. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are 20 miles. Carp fishing locally on a day permit (complimentary day pass for 6 adults, on full week bookings - further passes £8 pp per day) and coarse fishing (all year) can be found at Rudyard Lake just a 20 minute drive away. Pony trekking and cycle hire 8 miles. Dining pub 2 miles, shops in Leek, 3½ miles.
