Roxbro House is a beautiful stone built grade11 listed building situated in the heart of Warkworth village in Northumberland and directly overlooks its medieval castle.The guest house offers superb B&B accommodation and is a 10min drive from Alnwick Castle and gardens and a 30min drive from Newcastle.

Roxbro House is unique and individual to the area and has been conceived, planned and designed along the lines of the very popular up and coming Boutique Hotels. The breakfast menu is extensive and imaginative offering a choice for all palates. We offer a light and airy garden room where our guests can enjoy their sumptuous breakfasts. Room service breakfast is an additional complimentary service offered to all our guests. We also offer an elegant cosy guest lounge which is beautifully decorated and adorned with many souvenirs of Claire's extensive world travels. Here is where guests can relax and unwind, read a book, play a board game or listen to a selection of music without the intrusion of a television. A delightful beer garden directly outside the front of the house is available for your enjoyment, where in the summer months guests relax with a drink and admire the full view of Warkworth Castle. We are also privileged to offer private parking to our guests.

Light snacks can be arranged for guests arriving late in the evening, and picnics served in willow hamper baskets are available to order. A mini bar and a selection of snacks can also be found in the guest lounge. In addition a laundry service and ironing facilities are available.
