At Lochgoilhead, attached to the impressive Drimsynie House Hotel, enjoy a range of outdoor and all weather activities second to none in the west of Scotland. Set in the midst of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, backed by mountains and overlooking Loch Goil, it offers you an ideal base for touring the Western Highlands. Pony trekking and a tennis court are all available in the village just a mile away. There is free fishing on Loch Goil, or Drimsynie's own two hill lochs (permits also available for River Goil).
During the main holiday periods you can enjoy a mid week disco/karaoke night. There is a Saturday night dinner dance throughout the year (except July and August). The 9 hole scenic golf course at Loch Goil starts outside the leisure centre and runs along the shores of the loch.
