The bright, sleek dining room features soaring windows with terrific views as well as decking for al fresco dining. The quote brasserie unquote menu is actually a very smart modern European carte with inventive and eclectic touches from just about everywhere. Starters include gorgonzola spring rolls with grilled bell peppers, oven-dried cherry tomatoes and baby gem lettuce. Mains feature complex creations like tulip of crab risotto with crispy veal sweetbreads with wild mushroom reduction and truffle-infused onions. The wines are well-partnered with the intense-flavoured dishes and we find that we never want to leave.
