Winner of the Historic Houses Association/Christie's Garden of the Year Award, this Grade I Italian-style garden is famous for its tranquility and beauty and was the home of Edwardian architect and landscape designer, Harold Peto from 1899-1933. Unique and romantic, the garden is characterised by pools, terraces, sculpture, evergreen planting and magnificent rural views. Due to the steep hillside nature of the garden, it is not a suitable visit for children under 10 years old.
