Ventnor Towers is an elegant Victorian house built in 1872 and has been a hotel since the turn of the last century. It is situated in what is often considered the most beautiful location on the island. Standing in it's own grounds on the cliff-side on the southern coast, the hotel enjoys unrivalled views of the English Channel.
Since Victorian times, Ventnor has been known as the "Madeira of England", because of it's exceptionally mild and sunny climate, mainly due to the benefit of the gulf stream and the shelter of St. Boniface Down.
The bar and restaurant, with panoramic views, are the perfect venue for enjoying a varied range of dishes, from single snacks to a five-course dinner from the daily changing menu, or to simply relax with a drink in the comfortable bar. The hotel is particularly suited to families with younger children.
