Kilsby is one mile from Llanwrtyd Wells, the smallest town in Britain in the heart of Mid Wales. This 19th Century property is set in private woodland and surrounded by beautiful scenery with abundant wildlife. Llanwrtyd Wells has it's own tourist office, several acclaimed restaurants, 3 friendly pubs and a small number of local shops. It is an ideal centre for many nearby activities and attractions.

A beautiful and comfortable house with adjacent cottage in extensive grounds with magnificent views overlooking the upper Irfon valley. Watch the Red Kites, walk the many miles of footpaths, ride your bike on the numerous bike routes, and fish for trout and grayling in local rivers and lakes. Visit many nearby attractions, or simply relax and take in the breathtaking scenery and peaceful countryside.
