The restored Spa Pavilion is now a stunning multi-purpose venue for the performing arts, weddings and other celebrations, conferences and other business events, as well as exhibitions and craft fairs.
Acquired by the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust (SHBT) in 1995, the building was lovingly restored to its original Victorian splendour, but with modern facilities. SHBT leases the Pavilion to The Highland Council, who
sub-leases it to a Strathpeffer Pavilion Association, a local charity established for the purpose. The Association is directed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, who have appointed a small but dedicated team of professional staff.
