In the beautiful upper Eden Valley, nestling between Appleby and Kirkby Stephen at the foot of the Cumbrian Pennines, these newly built detached timber lodges provide holiday accommodation of an excellent standard. Tastefully furnished, very comfortable and well equipped, they enjoy countryside views and a totally separate and very peaceful setting on a no through lane within a small, rural caravan park. The park encourages wildlife and has a conservation pond with a wide variety of birds surrounding woodlands and frequent visits from Roe Deer. These are a wonderful base for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits – just a mile away, good roads give access to the myriad attractions and stunning landscapes of the Lake District National Park, Yorkshire Dales and County Durham, and the shops, pubs and restaurants of Brough are also only 1 mile. The larger town of Kirby Stephen (5 miles) has a supermarket and a variety of gifts shops, cafes, tourist information office, library and station for the Carlisle/Settle railway.
