These two recently built cottages sit just 1 mile from the bustling charm of historic Whitby, famous for it ancient Abbey ruins, the tall ships in its fishing harbour, its cobbled streets, tiny alleyways, independent shops and galleries and huge choice of inns and fish restaurants. Fishing trips depart from the harbour and local cycle hire enables a trail ride for the energetic to Scarborough, 20 miles. Steam train trips over the 'Heartbeat' moorlands, walking in the Dales, Robin Hood's Bay and York city are all easily accessible.
