Attractive rural surroundings with sweeping views, a suntrap garden and a beautifully appointed and very comfortable interior ensure this converted 19th century barn makes the perfect base for holidays and last minute breaks. A sparkling stream runs through its enclosed south facing garden and visitors are welcome to bring their own horse (by arrangement). Set on a hill top just 2 miles away are the distinctive mellow Cotswold stone buildings of Stow-on-the-Wold, a charming and historic little market town with a good selection of shops, inns and eating places. The stunningly beautiful Cotswold landscape, dotted with historic houses and picturesque villages, is a delight to explore: Moreton-in-Marsh, Burford and Chipping Norton are a short drive, whilst Broadway's famous antique shops, museums and theatres in Shakespeare's birthplace, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham races and Oxford's dreaming spires are all under 25 miles. There is lovely walking locally and tennis, golf and riding can be enjoyed nearby.
