One of a pair, on the fringes of Norfolk's Broadland, it is perfectly placed to take advantage of the attractions this lovely area has to offer – there is fishing, day boat hire and sailing on Ormesby, Filby and Rollesby Broads, and Hickling Broad nature reserve is 6 miles.
