The property provides a relaxed and spacious alternative to hotel accommodation, ideally situated to explore the best of Lincoln. Facilities: FREE Wi-Fi, Lounge with 32" TV, Freeview Channels, DVD player and DVD Library, CD player, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee facilities. , Bathroom with bath and shower over.For those wishing to dine out, there are over a dozen excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk.Street parking is normally available outside the property from 4pm-10am and all day Sunday. Three car parks within 200mtrs.Normal check in is between 3pm-7pm unless by prior arrangement. Upon receipt of your booking, we will contact you to arrange hand over of keys etc. Please note payment is currently by cash on arrival, advance paypal payment or cheque in advance where clearing time allows.
