Whether you're looking for an established reputable CL caravan site with water and electric hook up, or the home comforts of traditional bed and breakfast lodgings we hope you find all information you need to be assured that Broadgate is a great option for your Lancashire break.

B&B: Our guest rooms have been recently developed by local craftsmen and each room gives guests beautiful panoramic views of the area. Both bedrooms also enjoy recently fitted en-suite facilities. In the mornings you can expect to enjoy good home cooking, made using local produce for a hearty breakfast. We have just joined the 'Made in Lancashire' Scheme and aim to source as many products as possible from other members in that scheme.

Caravan Park: A few years ago Brian Clark had a dream of opening a small caravan site in the ‘back’ field. This was finally developed and opened in April 2007, a five van site with hard standing areas, electric & water hook up and a spacious lawned picnic area. Dogs are welcome.

Broadgate Farm is ideal for walking and cycling holidays and perfectly located for touring the local area. We have a lot to offer and look forward to sharing the natural beauty we take for granted with our guests.
