This one bedroom serviced apartment can be found on the ground floor of an elegant Regency building within the beautiful location of The Park. The town centre is only a 10 minute short stroll away as are Imperial Gardens and the fashionable Montpellier area. Sleeps up to 2 people (there is also a sofa-bed in the living area which we would have to charge extra for if required). Light kitchen with fully fitted/equipped appliances: washer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Spacious unique lounge/dining area with large floor to ceiling windows One spacious double bedroom Free view/ DVD player. Bathroom and WC with electric shower over bath. Old style heating and water using hot water tank and panel heaters through out the apartment. Broadband internet access (charged for if required) FREE utilities Allocated parking for one car, space 8.
