Larks Rise
Old Gloucester Road
Bourton-on-the-Water
Gloucestershire
GL54 3BH

Perfectly located on the edge of Bourton on the Water in the heart of the Cotswolds, Larks Rise is an ideal base for touring and walking, with the Windrush Way a minute from the door. The Village centre, with its excellent choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions, is just 10 minutes walk.

Bill and Barbara moved to Larks Rise in August 2005, with a view to offering part of their home as Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The house has undergone considerable transformation, with carefully planned en-suite rooms (one king-size) for overnight guests. With their professional background of antiques and fine art, as well as property development and interior design, a stay at Larks Rise promises a unique experience of comfort and style, in a peaceful setting. A warm and hospitable welcome is assured, whilst your privacy will always be respected.

Three double bedrooms have been designed for the discerning guest. All are light and airy, with views over the gardens. Decoration is to the highest standard, and each room has its own style and personality. Two offer en-suite facilities, and the other has its own private bathroom just across the hall (a bathrobe is supplied). Controllable central heating, good ventilation and cooling fans for that heatwave all ensure a comfortable night. High quality complimentary toiletries are provided, as well as thoughtfully stocked hospitality trays. Fresh fruit is always available. Each bedroom has a fridge and TV/ DVD player. A book, film or cd may be chosen from the small library in the Guests' sitting room, or you might just settle in front of the log fire and play cards. And if you have forgotten to bring something you need, just ask – if at all possible, it will be provided.
