Situated at the top of a hill with panoramic views overlooking the beautiful Exe valley. There is a total of 3 bedrooms. One has a Victorian four-poster bed, a family heirloom. The other bedroom on the first floor is a twin bedded room. Both have private bathrooms with bath and shower. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and is suitable for "the not so mobile". It has an ensuite shower room. The three peaceful bedrooms all have TV, hot drink facilities and those little extras that make your stay more enjoyable. Full English or Continental breakfast is served with home made bread and preserves.
