All rooms at the Patten Arms Hotel have been elegantly decorated and benefit from an en suite bathroom, freeview television, telephone and the facilities for making tea or coffee. Breakfast is included in the price you pay, whether you stay fo one night or 10. Food is served in the bar area until 8:30pm. All our food is home made and prepared on site. Wifi and Parking are both available and are both Free Of Charge. Hairdryers, Irons and ironing Borads are Available.

We are a 5-minute walk from Warrington Town Centre, and the hotel is easily accessible from the M56, M6 and M62 motorways, and directly opposite Warrington Bank Quay mainline railway station. The accessible location makes the Patten Arms Hotel an ideal place to stay if travelling by train from Scotland, London, or a number of other locations.
