Tantallon House bed and breakfast accommodation, located on the border of Cumbria and Northumberland, overlooks the longest unbroken stretch of Hadrian's Wall. We offer a peaceful getaway spot and an ideal gateway to the many places of interest in this area.

We have three spacious twin guestrooms, two of which have glorious views of the Irthing Valley and Hadrian's Wall. Guests have a private breakfast room and a lounge room to eat and relax in.

We have car parking, wireless internet and a beautiful owl in an aviary in our garden who has proven very popular with our guests. We especially welcome walkers and cyclist and have a washing and drying service as well as pack lunches available on request.

As a family-run business in a rural community, we aim to run our bed and breakfast accommodation in an environmentally friendly way, thereby promoting sustainable tourism. This includes everyday energy reduction and the encouragement of local wildlife.
