Accommodation comprises: Four en suite bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and 2 with twin beds. Plus sofa bed in the study .Lounge, Study, Dining room. Large well fitted kitchen/diner with gas hob ,electric fan-assisted cooker, an AGA and dishwasher. Walk-in larder with fridge and freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. Downstairs cloakroom, Conservatory, Full oil fired central heating throughout, plus open fires in sitting room and study. Gardens and grounds with outdoor dining and barbeque area. Very well situated for The Lakes,coast and places of interest.Fishing and horse riding close by.
