Set in 11 acres of its own grounds on one of the highest points in West Norfolk and close to historic King's Lynn, this hotel offers excellent leisure facilities. Best Western Knights Hill Hotel offers a fantastic location, within easy reach of the Queen's private residence of Sandringham and the North Norfolk coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Garden Restaurant and Bar offers you stylish surroundings and fine views. Also on site is the Farmers Arms inn and restaurant, open all day for bar snacks, lunch and dinner. Converted from old stables with exposed beams, cobbled floor areas & numerous nooks & crannies, it has the feel of a traditional country inn.
As a guest of the hotel you will receive temporary membership of the hotel's exclusive health and leisure club. Facilities include an indoor pool, spa bath, steam room, fitness studio and tennis courts.
The main house, known as Rising Lodge, can be dated back to 1588 as the residence and meeting place for persons of note. It is reputed to be on the site of the King's hunting lodge and it grew with increasing success into a large working farm. In the 1970s and 80s it fell into disrepair and was purchased by the present owners and converted into a hotel.
