Our newly renovated cottage sits in a very quite cul-de-sac with picturesque gardens backing onto privately shared land backing onto the River Ember which is a tributary of the nearby River Thames at Hampton Court.

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a double attic room with wonderful views over the River Ember and gardens and a further cosy double bedroom (4ft bed). The property further includes a luxury fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. Spacious and relaxing living/dining open directly onto an old York stone terrace with a barbeque area that overlooks picturesque landscaped gardens and the River Ember to make the most of al fresco dining during the long summer months. The cottage also includes secure garage parking for one car and off road parking for another.

East Molesey, Surrey is an undiscovered treasure only 25 minutes from Central London. The cottage is only a 5-minute walk from the historic Hampton Court Palace and its beautiful grounds and is perfect for walks, bird and deer watching. Only 5 minutes away is the historic market town of Kingston-Upon-Thames, which dates back to mediaeval times and was the site for the crowning of many English kings and the King's stone is still there to be seen today. However, Kingston is also the perfect location for shopping and dining, featuring many of the high street names that can be found in Central London's Oxford Street. This is the perfect spot for touring the South East of England with easy access via the A3 to the beautiful surrounding countryside and many quaint old English villages. The old village of East Molesey itself has many wonderful shops and Italian, French, Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants within easy walking distance from the property.
