Traditional English hotel of Georgian style in the heart of the Weald
of Kent on the edge of Tenterden. Set in its own landscaped gardens close to
one of South-East England's finest towns. Twenty mins from the motorway. The
Little Silver Country Hotel is Tenterden's Premier Hotel, offering a high
level of service and comfort. A Johansen hotel, the managers and staff will
ensure that your stay is a memorable one.
The Hotel is large enough to meet both individual and corporate needs, yet small enough to guarantee your personal attention in an environment that blends modern facilities with traditional comfort. The 16 luxury en-suite rooms all have direct dial telephone, colour television, trouser press, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The decor in the bedrooms is one of traditional comfort with modern facilities. Some of the rooms are equipped with four poster beds and for that special occasion why not choose a four poster or one of our fine suites all with spa baths! The hotel is totally accessible for those guests with mobility needs, with bespoke bedrooms for those in wheelchairs. Oaks restaurant offers fine locally sourced foods and has been accredited a "Produced in Kent" kite mark confirming all the food is fresh and local.
The Hotel is an established conference and wedding venue set in its own landscaped gardens, where the unique Kent Hall built to emulate a traditional Kent Oast House can accommodate upto 120 guests. We have a licence to hold the marriage ceremony. A beautiful garden gazebo allows uniquely for the marriage ceremony to be held in the beautiful gardens on those warm summer days.
