The Coach House and The Garden House
These two detached modern houses, each comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, are set in the grounds of Balgonie Country House.
Just five minutes' walk from the centre of Ballater, the houses sit in beautiful secluded gardens, ensuring peace and tranquillity, yet enjoying all the amenities of village life.
The Coach House was built in 2004 and the Garden House, new to the self-catering market in 2008, was built in 2005, both to a very high specification.
Ballater is well served with shops, many bearing Royal Warrants, including the local butcher, baker and green-grocer.
When cooking seems too much, there are a number of restaurants enjoying an excellent reputation within easy walking distance.
These houses make an idyllic and relaxing base from which to explore this very special part of Scotland, an area of outstanding natural beauty, rich in history and culture.
