If you are looking for a site which offers nightly entertainment, hot and cold running everything, laid on children’s entertainment, bars and restaurants, then this is not the place for you. We offer camping and caravaning on a basic level i.e. none of the above and no electricity! What we do provide is plenty of fresh air and peace and quiet among a woodland setting.

Kilvrecht is situated approximately 3 miles west of Kinloch Rannoch, along the south shore road. There is no electricity on site and therefore no hot water in the toilet blocks. However there are washing facilities for people and clothes/dishes as well as various drinking water points and a chemical toilet disposal point.

A number of forest walks start from the campsite and there is fishing and sailing available nearby on Loch Rannoch. The village of Kinloch Rannoch can provide you with most things including milk, papers, rolls, etc. as well as a post office and a couple of bars. There is also a garage but please note that it only provides diesel fuel. The nearest petrol is at Pitlochry.

Backpacker / cyclist plus tent £3.00 per night.
Car + tent or car + caravan or motorhome £6.00 per night.
We do not charge for awnings.
Just turn up, choose a pitch and the warden will collect your money from you.
